Our Drive In and Drive Through Racking
The drive-in and drive-through racking systems are ideal for storing large amounts of heavy goods with limited items. They combine the advantages of block storage for high space utilisation and racking storage for pressure-free storage. The load units are stacked one after the other on two continuous depth supports (also known as pallet rails), resulting in a fixed stacking and retrieval sequence.
FIFO/LIFO Method
Drive-in racking is thus only appropriate for the LIFO method, whereas drive through pallet racking is appropriate for the FIFO method. The only mode of transportation is an industrial truck.
Higher Efficiency
Drive-in and drive-through pallet racking is exceptionally efficient and increases productivity by reducing stocking and picking time. You will also save on fuel costs for your lift trucks.
Larger Space
Save more storage space when you have a standard warehouse installed! Drive-in and drive-through racking systems are ideal if you have a large inventory of heavy products with the same stock-keeping unit.
Our Drive Through Pallet Racking
The way pallets are stored and picked differs between drive-in and drive-through pallet rack systems. With the drive-in system, the forklift will only load and unload pallets on one side of the racks. Drive-through racking requires the forklift to load pallets on one side and unload pallets on the other. Then, after driving into the racks, the truck uses rails to unload and load the product.
